My Feedback:

Eden’s bottle conditioned dry cider has a deep gold appearance and a really rich aroma of bittersharp apples. The nose leads to expectations of a bold cider, but the flavor doesn’t deliver as it is fairly mild with a muted tone, that is almost bitter. That being said it is really great and is a quality dry cider that is slightly tannic. The neutral or muted experience in the middle phase allows for a more prominent taste of alcohol, at least more so than others with the same ABV. It also has an interesting acidity to it that is borderline sour. It is not fruity or sweet at all and has the mildest of burns at the end. This is a nice mellow cider, ideal for sipping, that isn’t too potent and has an interesting finish. Really good.
