My Feedback:

This blend from Raging Cider has an incredibly rich nose that is heavy, slightly phenolic, and reminds me of a gold-smelling scented marker. rubs hands back and forth slowly That’s a sophisticated drink! Deep and rich, this is a complex drink is potent but calm with refined edges. Serious but not too forward. It has a reprise and aftertaste that is incredible and grippingly different from the rest of the drink. While the first two phases are fairly heavy and still with a proper acidity, there is a lighter fruitier note at the end—like a ray of light bursting through the cloud cover. It is a robust farmhouse cider like you’d find in the West Country of England but with a lovely burst of bittersweet apple flavor. So, if an acidic, still and wildly fermented cider isn’t your thing, maybe pass. Otherwise, this is a great farmhouse cider that’s not too aggressive and has a clear, but complex, apple flavor that is pretty outstanding.
