My Feedback:

This is the clearest cider I’ve seen in a long time. The nose is subtle, yeasty and lovely. That’s a handsome drink! You smell the fermentation when drinking it in and it definitely has an acidic bite—think Farmhouse light. But then it mellows out into this lovely light pear note that just goes on and on. The body is incredibly light with a whimsical squishy mouthfeel. There is also enough tartness to smooth out the alcohol taste. There is quite a lot going on in the taste, but it blends together effortlessly. This really should be paired (no cheap puns here) with a good meal because it could enhance so many flavors. It is powerful and soft at the same time and to me it would be perfect for light seafood and white meats. Rustic wilderness meets soft pears and sophistication. I don’t love this can art, but love the perry inside. At moments Pearzarro almost tastes like something is a bit off, but in this case, it adds just enough character to give it a little funkiness. It is interesting and smooth at the same time.

Product Description:

A twist on our delicious Pearsnickety this Perry uses all Colorado Bartlett Pears but we let the juice sit on the pumice (Crushed Pears) and go through a natural, wild and spontaneous fermentation. It has Spanish Sidra characteristics with a zingy nose, slightly acidic, and is followed by a creamy mouthfeel and a crisp pear finish. Quaffable and delicious! At 5.25%, this Perry is easy drinking and effervescent. Despite its wild nature, PearZarro is sure to please after a day of adventure or alongside a delicious meal. This is our first canned spontaneous ferment, we’re excited to bring you along for the ride!
