Rosé: Like in the wine industry, there are a number of cider makers who make rosé cider; and just like in the wine industry, “rosé” does not equal a particular flavor profile and is largely a marketing strategy to get people to buy light red or pink-colored drinks that are usually lighter and more delicate than full bodied drinks.
