The Crabby Neighbor is really bright. Slightly dry and a bit tart. Not bad but drinking Haykin’s crabapple next to it, it shrinks in comparison. The Manchurian drops into the palate perfectly with just the right balance of sweet and tart. It is really exceptional and is hand's down this is the better crabapple, but it is also more expensive and harder to find. So if you can get your hands on one, don't let go!
