My Feedback:

Unlike many of Haykin’s ciders this is not super bubbly. It has a fairly mellow taste but with a nice splash of fruit and sweetness. I would say it has sprightly acidity with a resonance of champagne. The finish is icy with what feels like tiny chilled bubbles bouncing around in the back of the throat.

Product Description:

This cider is made from apples that ripen in the fall at Masonville Orchards. There are dozens of apples in this blend. The aroma reminds of the fresh smell of autumn. The flavor is rich and lasting with a light caramel undertone. 2018 Vintage.
