My Feedback:

Pivot’s Gingham cider is a salmon and rose color. The aroma is rich with the unique tart smell of kiwis and a lightness from the pears and strawberries. Whoa! That’s got a big flavor. Almost too much. Well for some of you it will be too big a flavor and too sweet. Though it has got plenty of tartness and the right mix of flavors to be balanced, it will be too much like strawberry soda for a lot of drinkers. It has the pear and kiwi to soften the edges, but it has an artificial vibe for sure and is super sweet. For some of you this may be your jam, otherwise, look out!
