My Feedback:

This is one of New Mexico’s most sparkling ciders. The golden straw-colored cider has a bright, sweet and slightly citrusy nose. Oh jammy goodness! This reminds me of getting some fancy toast with high-end apricot jam at one of Santa Fe’s fancy bruncheries. Wow it is so refreshing! It has a light-to-medium body with a bright mouthfeel. It is sweet but with enough zip that it doesn’t punch you in the face with sweetness. Seems to have just the right balance. This is so good, people. It has that unique apricot flavor that pairs way better with apple cider than orange because it is softer and not so citrusy. I love this. I think I’ll have another.
