My Feedback:

New Mexico’s Blood Orange has a golden amber color with an orange tinge. It smells light and airy with a slightly fruity nose, but in general there is very little aroma. It is nice and crisp on the tongue, and very citrusy. Orange is the prominent flavor that really forms in the center of the palate. There is a pretty potent sweet note in the middle phase that builds to a very tart finish—to the point of bitterness. But it has enough sweetness to even it out. Really nicely done.
