My Feedback:

This Michigander cider has a sweet and mellow nose with vanilla notes. Okay, that’s nice! The pineapple is relatively tame at first but then the sweetness picks up in the middle. It has a somewhat viscous mouthfeel that’s almost jammy and will have you smacking your tongue. It is unique in that the acidic bite—relatively minor—comes at the end and not the beginning. I shuffled through the pantry to remind myself of the smell of sage and I still could find none of that in this drink. It does produce what my tongue tastes like a creamy vanilla flavor and reminds me of a Wild Cider Pineapple. It is not super fruity and more of a chill pineapple cider but with bold and mellow flavors.
