Glacial Till Craft Cider
Grade: 77 C
Glacier Till’s tropical cider has a bright nose that is a little earthy with the two sweet fruits vying for supremacy. But it comes off a tad artificial. Wooooo that is pretty sugary sweet. There is nothing ‘semi’ about this. In fact, the sugary taste is overpowering any of the three fruit flavors. Passionfruit is a soft and delicate flavor and needs a more gentle supporting cast to shine. There is a hit of pineapple, but it is a quick sweet flash in the pan. That artificiality is still there in the flavor and though this is still smooth and not too fizzy, it is still too sweet for me to be able to enjoy. Got a sweet tooth? This might do the trick. Otherwise, Schilling’s Passport is a far better option if these two fruits are what you’re after.
The perfect marriage of passion fruit and pineapple. This tropical cider is a great refresher for the summer heat or an escape from the long winter months.
