My Feedback:

Incline’s Guava Hibiscus has a pale translucent salmon color. This has a much tarter nose than I expected from a guava cider, but it still smells cold and crisp. The flavor is less bold than the nose, is sweet and floral, and has a soft and smooth mouthfeel. After a big middle-phase of flavor it settles in for a simple tart finish. It has a fruity acidity that perks up the palate. Somehow the tartness stems from the mix of soft guava and bright hibiscus which produces an almost citrusy grapefruit feel. It reminds me of a salty breeze with a bright blossoms blowing in the air. Smooth, soft, but potent.
