My Feedback:

When smelling Stem’s Paloma, the grapefruit is most prominent in the nose, but there is a nice zing in the nostrils provided by the lime. Cloudy melon in color, the taste of this is totally unique. Certainly, I’ve never had another cider like this before. There isn’t much of a sensation on the initial draw, but it really begins to build in the middle phase with a bite from the citric acid that rises and builds alongside the grapefruit flavor which suddenly drops out at the last second to be surpassed by a whole lotta lime flavor bursting forth in the finish. Whehw, that’s something else! For me it is almost too much lime. My tongue actually has a super subtle burning sensation minutes after tasting it. It is a very unique sensation and an interesting drink to try, but I can’t see drinking these all night. A nice creation from Stem, and an enjoyable experience, but I couldn’t do this one all the time.
