My Feedback:

This Star Wars themed drink has a beautiful claret color and a sweet and acidic nose. When drinking it down straight away it starts off smooth and fruity, but I wasn’t wild about an earthy, fairly bitter, aftertaste. After it breathed a bit the aftertaste calmed down and became more tart and complex. So let this thing aerate a bit first and it becomes very drinkable and really nice!
