My Feedback:

This opaque Ace cider has a light peachy salmon color. The nose is lovely and all guava. Maybe a bit icy. Wow! It is pretty sharp and crisp on the tongue, not what I was expecting, but I like it. In the middle phase well. . . now. . . that’s guava! The flavor bursts out in this phase, really expanding the palate. This immediately took me back to an experience I had as a teenager spending time on a boat on the Rio Maraú in the Amazon Rainforest waking up everyone morning to fresh squeezed guava juice. While this is not quite as rich, and lacks the hammock on the deck and pink dolphins at sunrise, is still a treat! There is some tartness in the finish where you get a sense of apples, but this is mostly like a hard guava drink. It is pretty sharp in all three phases and still oh so smooth! You could totally chug several of these in the heat without batting an eye. I wish I had another. Well Done!
