My Feedback:

Schilling’s rosé option is a coppery salmon color. To me, this smells like the Excelsior Giraffe character picked up flowers for his lady, as there is a similar strong bittersweet apple aroma but with enough rose and hibiscus to make it a bit daintier—though this is still pretty potent smelling. Even though it doesn’t look bubbly in the glass you get a pretty fizzy rush at the beginning that is also quite dry. The acidity and astringency grab your attention straight away. Let it linger and the tartness in the finish will also grab your attention. It is bright, crisp and bold which you’d expect from Schilling, but it comes across as much dryer than some of their offerings. There is not much of a floral flavor except a hint in the aftertaste. This is a a very good, crisp, dry cider that’s fun, casual and refreshing—perfect for a holiday.
