My Feedback:

Snow Capped’s special edition Molly’s Rockies Rosé has a deep aroma, rounded acidity with fruits at the edges with apples and berries. You get some winey whiffs as well, especially when you pour it. Oh man, that is smooth and wine drinkers are gonna love this. Just a tiny bit of crispness without much acidity or carbonation. One has to be careful because the wine skins of a heavy Malbec could easily overwhelm the more delicate and sweet taste of some apples. But Snow Capped has got the right blend of flavors, and the overall balance is lighter than one may expect. It’s still a little heavy and serious but leaves a nice coating on your mouth with a very mellow sweetness. There is a light and fruity grape-like alcoholic zing in the middle phase that adds character that is subtle and not in your face. There is tartness in the finish with some bitterness from apples and a coyly tannic feel. A serious and sophisticated rosé.
