Bishop Cider Co.
Grade: 84 B
Bishop’s Blood Orange has an opaque orangish-yellow color and a citric, tart, and sharp nose. When you drink it, it is very sharp on the tongue with a bright citric acid taste. Through the middle phase it has a tangy and tart orange flavor that is borderline sour. It is not a huge flavor and is a bit overshadowed by the sharpness, but overall it’s a pretty good fruit cider.
It’s Bloody delcious, y’all! As different as apples and oranges? Sometimes opposites attract. Fresh-pressed apple juice with a squeeze of tart, citrusy blood orange is a match made in heaven.
