Locust’s Dark Cherry has a dark, rich, claret color with a small calm head. It doesn’t have a pronounced smell, but a little sweetness and subtle cherries. This drink has a luscious texture that is more reminiscent of a cranberry cocktail than a hard cider. It is easy to drink with a nice bite and a finish of tart cherries and summer fruit. A warm, smooth, mouthfeel is perfect for a warm summer day. If you like a full summer fruit taste, this is really well done.
