My Feedback:

This "standard" cider is not your straightforward sweet and crisp American affair. Though it has a fruity nose with a hint of fermentation, it is fairly opaque with a slight head. The yeast they use gives it a complex flavor—almost like hops, with an aftertaste definitely somewhere on the bitter spectrum—and I think this is a cider that beer drinkers would appreciate.
